Great Buy
This TV was purchased to replace my old flat tube tv. I love it and it works great. Once I played around with the audio I found it works best in the surround sound mode. Great TV

Product Excellent, Someone packed poorly
TV performed well. Package came with one styrofoam corner missing, also missing were parts of the mount, remote control, and manuals. They could only take back the whole unit, not request manufacturer to send missing parts. Their contact info for the manufacturer was wrong, but fortunately the company that has that (wrong) phone number knew the correct phone number so I was able to contact the manufacturer. I heard nothing from them, even after 4 calls, and finally got response after finding an email address. It didn't help the manufacturer had a Trojan on their Web site. Then I received two kits of the missing parts, so the manufacturer is attempting to service their problems - great! And after all this, my spouse noticed a crack in the housing that I missed, resulting from that missing styrofoam packing material. But I'm keeping the set, works great & I can live with the small crack.

Works fine
Using it as both monitor and TV. The only complaint is that the sound is weak, but a sound bar will fix that.

You Can't beat this deal!!!!!
I have always purchased refurbished equipment and rarely had a problem. After all you still get the warrente. Set works great. They even include info for all the cable and satellite providers.

Excellent computer monitor
I purchased this HDTV about 2 weeks ago to use as a computer monitor. Although it was sold as a refurb it looks and works like brand new. No stuck pixels and after I tweaked the color and sharpness the picture looks great.

buyer beware
this is a refurbished tv with no returns when i recieved tigers direct e mail of this sale I did not notice that part. you can do better on price and get new
