Am in love with my Steamer!!
I got the steam cooker! my frist problem it was send to New Jersey to an old address.I was a bit PO, but i had my x-employer send it to me, i got it a week later,and wash and use it the same day.it was and still a part of my kitchen and my family life.1 told my friend about it and plan to get her one for her b.day.............I love it

Versatile and simple to use and clean
Sets up easily,and can cook a whole healthy steam-cooked tender dinner with the different compartments and uses a fraction of the energy used by a conventional stove

Good Bang for the Buck
Every once and a while a Deal like this comes along. I suspect the manufacturer has made new modifications for 2013 for what-ever-the-reason, but this one is fantastic and priced right. The three teir tray format allows you to steam 3 items at one time as long as they cook evenly. I liked the idea of additional trays for my Corn on the cob.

Great Value
It took me cooking with it twice to figure out how to cook rice. This is great, I can come home put rice, meat & vegetable in for 30 minute and have a healthy meal. I would recommend this for either one or two people who are busy but want to eat healthy.

Instructions for use NOT user-friendly!!
I've had it for almost two months now... and still can't figure out how to use it over 30 min, much less how to program it for a later time in the day.

Great Steamer!
Love all the versital features that this steamer has; well worth the time it takes to learn all the steps it takes to use them. Delay cooking; quick set up menu; you will love this steamer IF you learn how to use it. The three layers makes it easy to cook an entire meal.
