Product OK but Return Process Grueling
After I received this adapter, I quickly realized it does not work with a Samsung Series 7 Chronos Laptop. Probably my fault for that but the information was a bit sparse as to which Samsung Laptop this adapter was for. Called for a return since it was not eligible for online return and was on hold for several minutes. Reached a nice person who told me that they needed to contact the manufacturer and would send an email. A week goes by without any contact. Called again and waited for several minutes. Spoke with a nice person who told me that the RMA was acquired from the manufacturer but was never emailed to me. The issue was resolved but dealing with their return department definitively takes some patience.
