not so good

got this headset it doesnt have controls for volume which is ok it still works but poorly it worked good for 2 weeks then mic went bad people can barely hear me would reccomed you buy something better because now i have to buy another it wont be this one again

Not worth your time

Sure it's cheap but yet I was hoping to get more then 2 weeks out of it. It works well but yet after having to wait a week for it to arrive only to have it last a little more then double that, says it's not worth it, in my opinion.

For the price, can't be beat

Works fine so far, decent audio quality on mic and headphones.

Must read before you buy!

First of all, I purchased this set for work since I do customer support from home and wanted a binaural headset instead of the single sided set I have been using. Although this set works great for the basic needs, I have two disappointments right out of the box. The headset does not look like the picture. They either changed the style or updated the model at some point but it is not as beefy as the one shown above. It is also darker color and with a different type of mic. The features clearly state that there are volume and mute controls built in, which happens to be the main reason for me buying this specific set. Well, you guessed it. No controls whatsoever here so keep this in mind if it is something you need. I was able to cope without it only because my desk phone has all of the same functions and the headset sound is better than most. Otherwise, I would have returned them for another set. Overall, I rate them 4 stars for lightness, sound and quality.

I purchased the Stereo Headset with Mic and am very pleased with it. I found that the product has done as promised and comfortable to wear. It's an excellent product for the price. I highly recommend it.

The Cyber Acoustics AC201 is a great headset for the $$$. For those of you who are missing the in-line volume control, the Cyber Acoustics AC401 is same headset with the incorperation of an in-line mute & volume control. My only complaint is that I use mine daily and after 9-12 months of use, the boom mic will start to fall down below your chin and will not stay in an upward position. But, for the $$$, I just buy a new headset when necessary as my local ''BigBox'' store has them on the shelf!! Still love the Tiger!

On the good side, the mic comes in clear with my buddies on ventrillo. In game these phones are too bassy. Real time is off as well.
