A nice program and a great deal if you are already familiar with database management. You can get up and running very quickly if you use their canned label format. However, there are some down-sides. If you are not familiar with database management and the care you need to take when you create a database, you could waste a lot of time re-adjusting the way you use the program. The manual is ''just ok'' and is long on step by step instruction and short on explaination and database philosophy. Wasp's tech support offering is dismal. Their online knowledgebase is a joke, there is no user forumn, and the only support offered is by e-mail. I just spent a series of e-mails spanning 6 days to try to get a simple question answered and gave up in disgust.
A competant program with a great price, but the pitiful support, and the lack of comprehensive documentation that a complex database application requires, really drags my score down. I gave it 3 stars. |
