The HP ProCurve Switch J9560A 1410-16G Switch is part of a series of access points designed to improve productivity; it is also the first three spatial stream MIMO technology in the market today. Enabling the IEEE 802.11n near Gigabit Ethernet to reach 900 Mbps performance and enhancing areas with beamforming capability, it also delivers the best performance in 802.11n AP technology. Besides operating in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and providing backward compatibility for IEEE 802.11a/b/g legacy technologies, the HP ProCurve Switch J9560A 1410-16G Switch also supports a range of indoor and outdoor MIMO antennas.

- EEE 802.1p prioritization; delivers data to devices based on the priority and type of traffic
- SpectraLink voice priority (SVP) support; prioritizes SpectraLink voice IP packets sent from a SpectraLink NetLink SVP server to SpectraLink wireless voice handsets to help ensure excellent voice quality
- HP RF Manager and MSM415 RF Security Sensors; continuously scans for detection, classification, and prevention of wireless threats on IEEE 802.11a/b/g and 802.11n wireless networks
- IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) support; simplifies deployment and dramatically reduces installation costs by helping to eliminate the time and cost involved in supplying local power at each access point location
- Three spatial stream MIMO technology; the latest in Wi-Fi technology, it allows for 450 Mbps of signaling per radio and offers more than a 50% increase in performance over any two spatial stream product

WARNING! NO POE
If you are looking for this switch to provide POE (power over ethernet) for your devices like IP cameras or IP phones, this switch may say it support POE but does not! I'm sure its good for a gigabit switch but didn't keep it to find out.
