Great Printer, Great Price. Quality of Printing is outstanding, software installs and is ready to go with Word, Excel or P-Touch, directly. As a one-label-at-a-time label printer, with manual label cutter, it prints perfectly. Received (new) product on schedule in shipping carton. Suggest ordering additional roll(s) of labels with the printer. USB cable supplied. 100 starter roll of labels supplied. this site's products, pricing and service are unmatched. After two years of use this printer is still working great.

Purchased a couple of months ago. It's pretty compact and stylish that perfectly fits my desktop space. Printing is fast and the outputs are cystally clear, thanks to the thermal print technology. Loading different size of labels is smooth and easy. The cutter is also very sharp and nicely designed. *Special notes: you may print Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters with it - crisp and sharp. The bundled software - P-touch Editor Ver.4.1 is very easy to use with a lot of nice features that makes creating labels a few clicks away. Updates for the software/driver are available from Brother's web site which is pretty useful and informative. It's recommended that you buy a couple of addtional packages of desired labels as it come with a starter kit only.
