Good product could be better
Fans work fine but in order to cool my laptop, I had to use a wedge for some airspace between the laptop and the cooling fan.

Could have been great
I really like the features of this notebook cooler but one of the fans quit working with less than a months use. I am still using it with one fan but will not be buying the product again.

Pretty good deal
Average price for a similar product. Functions well, however it doesn't keep laptops as cool as it could. Used it for a 10 year old Acer Winxp laptop which was having cooling issues, and it does work well. Keeps the laptop running all day where the laptop used to crash after a few hours due to over heating. Overall I'd say, if you have an older laptop BUY IT. If you have a newer laptop you'd like to keep for a long time, also BUY IT.

Great value, efficient device
Received this a week ago and used it continuously ever since. Easy to install and use. Significantly reduced the heat on my laptop. Fan is quite and now I don't hear it at all. Good buy for a solid machine.

Could be better.
It's not a bad cooler, it just isn't very powerful. I bought it to replace an antec cooler that the usb connector broke on, and they discontinued the part. It's not terribly loud, but it doesn't really cool your laptop very well after extended use. I use it primarily for cooling while 3d gaming, my antec cooler did a much better job at cooling my laptop after 4 or 5 hours than this one does.

Save your money
Had this cooler for 6 months. It barely dissipates heats and is not much better than using the laptop alone.

excellent product good value
well made, quiet, easy to connect and use. uses a lot of battery power but my lap top is all ways plugged in so that does not matter.
