I'm not happy! I haven't had this 'cooler' very long at all and it's already TU! Now when I try to start it up, it rattles and only one fan works at all. I have not traveled with it or mistreated it at all. I would NOT recommend.

I have had this product for a little over one month. Unit is very loud, at least one fan blade on each fan has already broken off. I would not recommend this product to anyone, unless you want to waste your money. |

Have had this product for about 4 months now and finally threw it away. Product started out great, but after about 2 weeks of moving the laptop from lap to table, the poor design of the casing began to flex enough till one of the fan blades bent. The fan noise was a bit load to begin with, now it sounded much louder. Then a week later the blade broke off, then another and so on, now it sounds like a jet engine, so I threw it away. If I had to chose a cooling product again for the same price, it wouldnt be this one. |

Blows air from bottom to top, which means it MUST be used with the legs extended, or the unit sits flush with the surface of your desk and can't blow air at all. Fan control and USB hub ports are to the rear, or in the worst possible place for easy access or adjustment. Great idea, LOUSY execution. If rebuilt to suck air from rear, fan control to front, and USP ports to front or side, it would rate 5 stars. |

Just bought one of these from Tiger Direct, they were marked down to $19.99. Excellent value. Fans provide instant cooling results to my laptop hard drive & cpu. Dial allows you to turn the fans up or down for more or less air circulation. The only negative so far is the absence of usb ports on the cooling pad so you effectively lose one of your usb ports on your laptop to power the pad. But that is easily resolved with adding a usb hub. Great deal, great product. |
