Good but not great
Product is easy to set up, and even with an outdated DOCSIS 2.0 modem, still produces 150mbps download via wifi connection. Plenty of ports, and in essence does all i'd expect. Only problem, is that the router DOES NOT pick up on all my devices (All my devices dont detect it). Most my phones will (s3 and note II) but my laptop wont, nor will my tablets (tab 2)

great and easy to set up without a laptop
we dont have a laptop or home computer so it was really easy for us to set up using our smartphones but we did need to purchase a cell phone booster for range, works great everywhere in house for telus but not rogers.

Reliable WiFi connections
It might seem obvious, but the router I replaced (an old Dlink DIR-615) was constantly dropping connections. This Netgear router is rock solid and I never had to reboot it once since I had it. It does what it's supposed to do. The dual band feature is nice. I can run my old hardware on the 2.4 band along the newer hardware on the 5.0 band. I'm a happy camper!

Don't use for VoIP
A seemingly great product, fast set-up, increased the speed of our network but when it came to VoIP it was a complete failure. Missed calls, re-routed calls and un-registered phones. The sad part is that the phone has a pre-set configuration for VoIP routing. Will not be a netgear user again. Anybody want a slightly used access point?

Works great, very easy to set up
Easiest router I have ever had for setup. Works fine. Was hoping it would solve all my Netflix problems (occasionally fails to connect on my Sony internet enabled TV) but only a slight improvement.

Best router I've had yet!
Setup was simple and fast, 5 minutes and running. One button click on router to connect my Sharp Quattron HDTV to wi-fi internet. 5GHz worked great automatically. Also used button to connect Toshiba Bluray player, Blackberry Playbook. Ethernet connected desktop PC zero effort. USB Dell laserprinter did not work on router USB port despite all efforts to install drivers. Gave up on the shared printer idea because I have a small Netgear Ethernet to USB printer server box that works great. The router USB port worked great to share USB thumbdrive loaded with pictures, music, movies, no problems. Also, set PC Windows Media Player to share media and HDTV was able to view pictures, play music, all that stuff immediately and with no issues. Range very good and speed excellent. The Netgear unit easily beats my 4yo Dlink 3 antennae router in speed, range, setup, you name it. I like the Netgear router so much, I bought another one for my mom's house a week later.

Good Value - Easy Setup
This was a breeze to set up and was functional within 10 minutes. I purchased primarily for the purpose of the gigabit ports. I wanted failsafe streaming of video and have achieved that goal. Wireless appears strong and I have had no connection dropping issues.
