this tv sucked
Its was blurred with black and white lines running horizontally. When I tried to get help from Vizio they said I must of dropped it without even seeing the tv.Vizio was worse than tv and tv was bad.

Good value
This buy was a very good value for the price. This is the largest TV we've purchased. It takes a bit of time to get used to the picture because it looks like you're watching a soap opera due to the sharpness and definition of the picture. It's a great TV overall.

Great Deal
This was a great deal for the money. The sound goes out periodically and you have to turn the set off and back on in order to get the sound back. I contacted this company to see if there may be something they can do about this issue. Other than that, the picture and quality are outstanding.

Great customer support
The first one i received worked but not so great. Called Visio, they determined it needed to be replaced. With no hassle they replaced it, they came to the house and delivered the new TV. The 2nd one is doing good so far, we will see.
