Expert Review
450W Power Supply (see below) - 450W is enough if you leave system as-is. If you add a bunch of components, you're going to want to up the PS. You're not going to get a 1000W PS at this price. Also, not a good idea to overclock unless you know what you're doing. Overclocking requires more power and generates more heat. All for a 1 percent boost. Not worth it if you ask me. Just an opportunity for you to blow it up at your risk. Not compatible! (see below) - The CPU will work in this MB. Need to use the BIOS update feature on the MB. Will get a WARNING (not an ERROR) that CPU is not compatible. Goes away once you update BIOS, or set BIOS to disregard warnings. Works fine, super fast. All CPU variables are accessible via BIOS. Just know what you're doing first.

Not compatible!
The 125 watt processor will not work in that main board. The main board manufacturer forums already has two posts about this very deal. m2n68-am plus and HD9750XAJ4BGH

450W Power Supply
This thing WILL blow up soon - get yourself a spare. The rest of the kit is fine for the price - but this PSU weighs about a pound and even feels like a cheap product...which it is. The CPU, ram, etc. are all good values though.
