If you are getting a TV under 50 inch, this is a GREAT,top notch 720P television. Many reviews put this at second in its class, with the 1080P version of this TV as the top choice. We watch a fair amount of sports and action films. Plasma is better than LCD for high speed action. I have an lcd projector that can go to 100 inch size, so this was the perfect size for daily viewing. The dual HDMI and dual component input is a great combo. I was able to put together the factory base and mount the TV by myself. It was stable sitting on top of the entertainment console, until I could weld up a custom pedestal mount. I found screws to mount the TV at the local hardware store and the factory power cable is long enough to thread through the post of the mount and connect to the power strip. You should order at least 10 ft long hdmi cables and absolutely purchase a high quality AV power strip. Totally happy after 5 months of ownership. |

I've owned this TV for over a year now and have zero complaints. The picture is wonderful and unless you're some sort of expert you really don't notice a difference in the 720p vs. 1080p. Once we saw the plasma picture in the store versus the LCD we were hooked. It's so much brighter and crisper than the LCD's. Highly recommended!! |
