I managed to snap this at at a great price made even sweeter through a cash back link. This has been a great, quiet, smooth running, fast PC. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Lots of ports including eSata and HDMI, 6GB DDR3. Boots up really fast. Did I mention how quiet it is? Great, Great, Great! |

I have had this comp for about six months and have not had one problem. One if the best pc I've ever bought....a little noisy on startup from hibernaton but once it warms up I could hear a pin drop....excellent pc |

Computer is working fine now but I had to send it back to Gateway to repair it. Wouldn't work out of the box. Would not recognize monitor |

I cant rave enough about this mini-tower desktop. It's fast, quiet, and stablee. It worked right out of the box with no problems at all. I bought it to replace a computer I built back in 2003. I use it to stream music and videos. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful piece of equipment. |

I ordered this pc coz i got good reviews from lot of my friends about Gateway PC & laptops. But this one works slower then it was expected. Everything was going on pretty good until first month i bought this pc. After the first month it has started making problems restarts all of a sudden. Whenever u turn on the pc for the first time in the morning it takes too long to load the windows. I wished this was one was faster but i was mistaken. I would suggest rather go for AMD dual core processor which are way too fast. Anyway my luck hahahah... |

What You Should Know

Recovery Media
Most computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CDs used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks.
This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry.
However, many manufacturers include software on the hard drive that creates recovery media for you. This allows burning your own set of recovery CDs or DVDs - all you need is the blank media.
Inclusion of such a recovery utility varies by manufacturer and model; not all manufactures and models include such a utility. For those that include such a utility we recommend you create your own set of recovery media after completing the Windows installation. In other words, right after you start using your PC!
If you fail to do this and encounter a difficulty in the future you may not be able to properly restore your computer.
Some manufacturers may have physical recovery media available separately for purchase; consult your owner’s manual support information section for additional information. Systems that do not come with a CD/DVD burner may still include Recovery Disks - please check the manufacturer's specs.
