great deal and price for big size
This is one great drive. Windows 7 pro auto recognize the full capacity of drive. It is extremely quiet and fast, fast. Let me tell you folks I love this drive. I would recommend it.

Very Big, Very Fast
I bought two of these drives and they run very fast. I was able to read the entire drive and I had no error. Keep in mind if you want to run these without addition software (and be able to see all 3TB), you will need a 64-bit operating system with a UEFI. Be sure to format with GUID and not MBR.

Excellent drive
This is an excellent drive. I have three at the moment. Setup was very easy but you have to know what your doing to get the full capacity. Defenitely recommend it.

Do your research, Get what you need.
If you are running Vista or Windows 7 then be sure to initialize this hard drive using GUID rather than size limited MBR. We have all been though these HD size limitions at least a dozen times before in the past 20 years. Hopefully GUID is the end of that. GUID will format to 8ZB. 1024 terabytes is 1 petabyte. 1024 petabytes is 1 exabyte and 1024 exabytes is 1 zetabyte. Be sure also, that your motherboard actually has 6Gbps SATA plugins. I'm not a computer guy. I installed this on my home media server and its working great.

Hard to install, didn't get all 3TB useable
The installation documentation did not show how to get all 3TB to be useful. PC's older than 2011 need a special program to get 2.75TB available. You must find the newest disk program to get more than 2TB available. The faster eSata speed was not evident.
