It is true that support does not come with the product, but it has free downloads of fixes and free knowledge base search for problems and articles on use of many features. I bought 5 copies and may get more shortly.
That user that wasnt to return theirs can send to me, I'll find a good home for it. Excellent product and includes integrated dictionary. Much better product tnan WORD |

I bought this thinking it was similar to the 3 PC version offered with some tax programs ayt very reduced price. IT isn't and the version is older.

I used WP for years, then ended up stuck in a church office where the secretary became hysterical if I suggested we switch to WP. Finally I have a sane secretary, and finally I am back to my beloved WP. It is more stable, has more useful features for what we need to do in the office, is cheaper, is less prone to being attacked by viruses, and is far more compatible with the Word files used by nitwits who have fallen for MS' evil plan and think it is superio. What's not to love? |

I have been a word perfect user since it was first released. I saw this as a GREAT bargain and the references to OEM were. As far as I can see, related to the packaging ONLY.
Well, loaded the software and registered it and 1.5 days later there was a computer problem that took out the functionality of the x4 install. NOTHING would fix it, so went to get warranty help and that fix didn't work. SO I had to go to technical help and while they fixed it, it cost me as much as I spent on the software and they told me I had no rights because I bought an OEM product and wasn't I stupid.ell I deal a great deal with computers, not formally trained, but I build them and program them...BUT I have never taken a concern about OEM...I have no clue the hidden ramifications of that term, BUT this seller seemingly didn't give me enough information to allow me to know I would not have a warranty that amounted to anything. I may as well have spent the full amount and had some right |
