Fast and Easy
I have not used this product much yet, but the installation was extremely simple and I had no issues with my computer recoginizing the device. I was amazed at the speed of the one data disc I have burned with this and the speed of which I have been able to open and browse large files on CDs. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this purchase and do not expect any issues once I actually have the time to try out some of the other features.

Fast and reliable
I bought 2 of these units, they work as advertised. Windows 7 picked them up right away and have had no problems burning CD's or DVD's

Plug and Play!
Plug it in and it works perfectly. Doesn't come with a SATA cable so make sure you have one.

My New Best Friend
So Much faster than my old Mad Dog that used parallel cables. Burns a full DVD in 10 min. Haven't tried the labelflash yet but have good expectations. Comes with free burning software. Installing from a CD or DVD is fast and error free. My new favorite brand.
