I've had the monitor for a little less than 2.5 years, and the power inverter went out, which causes the back light to come on for about a second before turning off. If you get the screen in the right light, you can see the moving image. Right up to the point where the monitor stopped working, it was an awesome monitor, and a great deal. Now I know why it was so inexpensive. All-in-all, I suppose I got what I paid for. |

Three months after the warranty ran out, the backlight died. I understand that there is such a thing as ''policy,'' but sometimes, under certain circumstances, policy must be broken. Had I known I was looking at a one-year monitor when I was buying, I would have moved on to another brand. When it worked, it worked great. But that's not enough for me. I need it to work great AND last at least a couple of years. So forget it. I'm done with this company forever. |

It did have a dead pixel within 6 months, but I didn't let that bother me. |

I bought this monitor expecting a great deal for the price I got it for. I was very impressed at the size of it when I opened the box but after a couple of days of using it I noticed a few problems with it. Mine had 3 or more dead pixels. Not that big of a issue for the price but they are defiantly noticeable when looking at a solid color screen. The color is also a bit off contrast which can be fixed but overall the picture lacks in quality. |

UPDATE!!!! 22 months later, like many other people who bought this product, i have a dead monitor. funny that it happened with so many people at the same time. apparently the capacitors might be dead. watch one of the many youtube videos that show you how to replace the capacitors on the power supply board. tiger direct should sell or replace these boards. they are really easy to remove and, theoretically, to replace. |
