It doesn't turn itself off after setting something, and ran the batteries down in just a few days. It didn't have correct settings for one of my three devices and it only works sporadically. Only some features worked part of the time and much of the time, nothing happened when I tried to activate a function like watch movie. I won't be getting another of these things.
Great but ...

Once set up, this remote works great. I replaced 4 remotes with the 670. The problem I had was with the set up of the device. I'm a reasonably technically savvy person but the documentation that came with it was really confusing. The online manual was only marginally better. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes a very patient support tech walked me through it. It turned out it really wasn't that difficult. IMHO, Logitech could save themselves a lot of money and grief if they just improved their documentation.

I've owned a different version of this remote. The buttons failed on the other unit with in two years of owning it. I couldn't live with out it due to the flexability is offers. I think it is well worth the money. I hope they have improved the buttons on this one.
Great for the money!!

For the sub $40 price range this is a well rounded remote. Plug it in your PC, run the wizard, input the model numbers of your devices, and yoru set. Also, some good programmable features such as powering on multiple devices with the push of only one button. Pretty nice. However, I've been spoiled by the features of my friend's Harmony One, but if you're looking for something cheap and efficient, this should do the trick. BTW, great quality and condition on the refurb. Good job TD. Now, start selling the Harmony One for less than $100 and we're in business.
