Product software is not so good
The drive works great; however, the Nero software that comes with the purchase no where near meet the potential of the drive. The product is not sold ready to operate at potential when purchased. You will need to purchase the Nero upgrade or purchase better software as I did. Needless to say when I purchase ready to go products I expect them to operate at potential!

good product for small size burner
Used this burner without the nero software. Burned my new notebook instruction manual, recovery and image discs, played dvd movie discs and had had no problems. Small size makes this burner very portable.

Excellent Product
This product is simple, small, works great. But do realize that you need software to burn DVDs. It comes with a free short-term Nero burning program that is a bit complex. The price makes this external drive best and the company has good service
