The actual player is very good. The software, however, is overengineered and under tested. First I had to go to site to download software and then the numerous updates. Then the software is cumbersome.
You have to set up a Zune folder for each application and move the movies, pictures, music into that folder. So I set up three zune folders and then load them. It, however, only picked up data from the music folder. I had to move all I wanted to load to that folder. There is no drag and drop option accept from the Zune folder. After I mastered this, it worked well, accept did not pick up everything from the folder.
But for the price the player is great for size, clarity and storage. Just very frustrating software. |

I love it. It works great. Gave 4 stars in performance due to a few hiccups on the song it is playing when it first starts up but other than that, no problems. My sister wants one rather than a I-pod for the radio feature the Zune displays. Very nice touch. Looks like she might have to wait since the item is currently unavailable at the time of this post. Great MP3! Thank you for the awesome player! |

The Zune is a very nice player its only draw back is its size, its just a little bit smaller than a game boy that a side I love this mp4 player. Ive owned a lot of mp3/4 players and I can say that you're not going to find a better one ( I hate Ipods) especially if you own a Xbox 360. The FM transmitter is very nice, recharges while it transmits and will auto find the best channel to transmit on. hope this helps |
