No it is not a high definition camera, but for less than $300 (when you add memory, case and tripod) you can't go wrong. It quickly shifts and saves each session as a separate scene. It fits in your palm. I was able to use it without the instruction book. I plan on adding an extra battery and charger since my battery will run out before recording time is exhausted. |

I am very satisfied with the product. I wanted a camera with a lot of features but not at the new camera price. TigerDirect's ground shipping was quick and had kept me informed of the delivery status thru the whole process. I'm very satisfied with this whole purchasing experience. |

This is a GREAT little machine. I got it to replace a Sony that a spent over $700 on 6 years ago and the video is much better than the Sony. My only beefs are the image stabilization doesn't do much at full zoom and the included video software doesn't work on a 64 bit machine. However, everything else works as advertised. If you're in the market for a standard resolution camcorder, this is the one. |

I spent months shopping around and shifting my preferences between several camcorders before the features of this one finally won out.
And for the price it was unbeatable. I received it just in time to learn all the features and, use it to video my daughter's wedding...
Being able to shoot via remote control made everthing even easier. The picture quality is great. The wedding was held on the sand by the ocean on a very cloudy slightly rainy day. Yet the picture is as clear as being there. So far so good. Being refurbished usually only means that the box was opened but, never taken out or, used and, in this case I would challenge anyone to prove that it had ever been touched before I bought it. |
