never did work...
we tried to load software for a week, and the Samsung crashed every time.. we were not trying to do anything exotic... just loading regular office-type stuff. we sent it back but have not heard anything about our credit yet...

Excellent product for mobility
The NC-20 is an excellent product for road warriors. It is compact, light, and all key features, such as 160GB, bluetooth, ethernet, wireless capable, 3 usb ports, built in camera, and multi-card reader. Truly amazing. No big deal that it's only available in Windows XP, as you can easily upgrade it to Win 7. The other upgrade that I wished it came with would be 2gb memory on the motherboard, instead of the standard 1gb. Otherwise, amazing product. No probs, just like it's younger brother, the NC-10. I wish it was available in more colors, though (only Black). But, hey, that's just cosmetic.

Needs MS Office
The Samsung NP-NC20-KA02US Netbook is a slick and beautiful machine. It has speed and a wide keyboard. At 12.1 inch, it is better than all the other netbooks. A good gadget for the traveling people. The downer is that it comes without a preloaded Windows XP like the other netbook I bought. Without an external compact disk, I am left wondering where to purchase the software on a thumb drive. Anyone out there: send help and suggestions. Thanks.

Good Comp
Bought this nc20 with bing 15% cashback so got it for like $470 which was pretty good at least in my opinion. Well I mean its not that powerful its a netbook. My girlfriend has a Hp2140. For some reason it seems faster than the nc20. Like on hulu hers doesnt lag but for some reason in order for me to watch full screen videos on hulu i have to turn it low quality. Kind of sad maybe should have waited for the s12 with the discrete graphics. Also missed out on the dv-2 for $550. note: I upgraded to 2gb.
