i like this product very much. i like the fact it is half the price of the ipod touch and uses the same charger as my blackberry so i don't have to use my chargers at work or travelling. i have over 1000 songs on it and on the sd i have about 20 music videos and 8 movies. the only drawback i have with it is the earphones that came with it. |

Nothing was wrong with my unit out of the box. Some of the controls are un-intuituve - but once you learn to work throught them it gets OK to use (understanding that the unit is not broken, just that the user is not operating them correctly). Screen is not nearly as vivid as the itouch, but for the price you get a good deal. |

The resolution on the Trio is good, though not great. The angle of viewing determines brightness. So, shared viewing from different angles is problematic. The most positive surprise is the heft and sense of quality and true drag 'n drop loading files. The greatest disappointment is that the EBook reader does NOT DO PDF (an EBook standard). Only txt will load. This is fine for reading a book through, but not suitable for storing searchable reference materials like a thesaurus or Bible. O well, still great for the long drive in light traffic to view favorite videos. |

item very heavy the speaker plug in did not work many good features but you can't save music in playlist which is a major turn off for me with any MP3 player |
