I bought 2 of these printers, my father-in-law and my wife each needed one. Both were excellent quality, worked properly out of the box, easy to set up. My wife's had a defective cyan print cartridge, took me while to figure out the problem, but I figured it out, no problems. Very happy with this printer. |

In purchasing a refurbished product we knew we were buying for dollar value rather than best product. Prior to this copier we owned an epson 6000 (I think that was the number} and the quality of the scanning was far better on that one. This Epson nx300 tends to scan with a glare effect on all of the art images I create whether or not they are pen/ ink, watercolor or pencil. I spend more time now reworking my art images in photoshop then I did before. |

Because I can put all the stuff that I need copied into the copy feeder and it will copy it by pulling the thing to be copied into itself one at a time! and that beat having to stop and raise the scanner and puting the things in to be scanned/copied one at a time! |

Shipping was incredible, got it literally the next day! Only gripe I have is that the printer struggles when trying to feed glossy photo paper. |

This is a great deal but what is more impressive is the delivery time, I ordered it about 2:30PM on 6/25 and recieved it around 2PM on 6/26.
Even being refurbished it is a very good deal
