This product is flawless and very simple to use. The sound quality is the best I've heard for an mp4player! I especially enjoy the SW WOW HD playback effect. |

Has great features, easy to navigate on the main screen. Don't for working out and around equipment, this device interferes with equipment when working out. Turn knob is very loose and could easily break. Player has compatibility issues with napster |

Bought this product for my son. He loves it. Easy to download and use. Considered an ''ipod'', but saw the deal on this product and the reviews were good, so bought this instead. Definitely not disappointed. |
