I got this as a birthday present for my girlfriend, she is a university student, and she loves it, does exactly what its supposed to do. The only thing is it takes a little while to get it configured just right, but it's well worth the time, it saves her hours of reading then writing. |

I ordered this to avoid transcribing. I am still getting familiar with the product but am pleased. I followed the tutorial before jumping in and starting to dictate. It still mistakes some words, but everytime I use it, it understands me better. I recommend this product for anyone not wanting to type. |

I installed the software without a problem but I am having trouble with some error I don't know about when I use it. It just keeps beeping and beeping. Once I had to shut the whole computer down to get it to stop. It definetly is a great value, if I can get it to work right. (I am sure it is a ''user error'') |

OK First like others have said, the headset-mic is junk. The mic hardly works and it very uncomfortable. Second and worse, It will NOT install on my Vista Home Premium. I followed ALL instructions to the letter and after four install trys Upon trying to start the program I get the following. Cannot Find vcmd-exe a specific file then head set broke, the software won't install, There was NO rebate info as advertised and I BURN for $75.00 Nice huh |

man, i was stunned at how good this is. works well with all ms products (word, outlook, etc.) plan on spending a few hours with the voice recognition and learning commands (punctuation commands, save document, etc). the time you spend on setup and the 99 bucks is well worth the results you'll get. really, its hard to believe how well this works. |
