Computer came loaded with 8 gig of memory and a 750 gig hard drive. I am able to copy all of my camcorder tapes to dvd without any gliches. The speed is fast enough and there is a tv port on the video card. If the gateway had an a floppy drive it would have been perfect. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!!!!!! |

Computer wouldn't turn on. Power cord to the cpu fan was sticking out of the back of the unit and grounded out. |

Thought I was getting a good deal but ended up wasting a good part of my Holidays trying to make this thing work.... Locked up constantly & never really got it to work without crashing... Reinstalled at least a dozen times to no avail..
Worst Product ever! Never Buy a Gateway refurbished unit.... |

I bought this on Dec 31 and couldn't wait to get it. When it arrived I set it all up, but it seemed slow to boot for a new computer, and it did exactly what the last review said it did: crashed after ten minutes and wouldn't start again without a hard reboot. I thought it might be my fault, but it did it every time I tried to update windows. I should have realized that this was the last one they had, the one the last guy sent back. :( |

I was excited about this computer, within a day the computer screen kept going blank with no recovery, i had to soft boot and still the same, setup return for an exchange for another one but none was available, So i am back at square one no computer. |
