The device has buttons that are very easy to accidentally press which bc of a 2nd bad feature makes it almost impossible to use. You are only able to fast forward and rewind at a 9 second at a time clip. If i have a recording thats an hour long, and im 20 minutes into it, if the button gets accidentally pressed, its a ten minute process in order to get back to the spot where you let off. Incredibly inconvenient. Almost makes it not worth using. DEf. not worth buying. usually im a big fan of sansa, but this time they dropped the ball, and I can't find a warning about it anywhere in their literature |

I bought this for my wife for a stocking stuffer, but am having a good time loading music & pictures on it for her. My order was processed & delivered very fast and the unit arrived in near-perfect condition. So far, it has worked flawlessly. Why pay a lot more for an I-pod? |

I ordered this a few months ago and I love it! The battery lasts longer then my Ipod. I was surprised how well it preformed for a referb. It has great features like the voice recorder and it picks up FM radio. The only thing that I didn't like about it is the fact that making playlists is kinda difficult. Other then that everything was top notch. |

Good battery life. Excellent hardware, except that the computer cable is the only way to charge the battery. However, to avoid scrolling hundreds of songs, you NEED named groups called play lists. I probably tried 100 standard methods of creating play lists over two months until I found a method that worked, as follows. First, use version 11 of the standard media player. Second, download the media transfer protocol drivers package which is a one click install.

I had no reservations about this product except for the fact it was refurbished. It did show slight signs of wear but has performed flawlessly, I am pleased with my purchase. |
