I've had very few problems with buying refurbished products in the past, but not this time. The player froze almost immediately, never to budge again. I just sent it back, not wanting to try a replacement unit. |

I purchased this about a week ago. Silly me assumed it would come ready to go, But when I opened the package there were no cords to hook it up or charge it. So I had to order cables that adds another 25 bucks to the cost of the item. I hope it will last longer than any other MP3 player i've had before. So far it looks nice and the sound is pretty good. |

This is the third Sansa I have purchased all of them have been out of this world when considering the price paid and the quality received and this website continues to get referrals from me as often as I can give them... |

Looks brand new right out of the box,all of the control buttons and switches work properly.I have an older sandisk player and it functions much the same way as this one does.Sync very quickly and easily with media player the only draw back is the battery life is only 12 hours continuous play instead of the quoted 25 |
