They Lie
The manufactor warrenty was suppose to be 1 year and the extended was suppose to be 2 years after that. I asked them if it was a 1 year manufactor warrenty they said yes, then I asked, so that means I have 3 years coverage, again I was told yes,that was in 2008. Now they are telling me it was only a three month warrenty and I am not covered.

xbox 360 referb
first one was junk , the second one was money . typical referb . as long as you kow the game going in " send it back till you get a good one " its's a great value.

Had this about a month now, no problems. Looks new. My daughter is on it all the time. Use it as an extender with Windows Home Server and Windows Media Center.

After two days, red ring of death... The controller was dirty (up button not working properly), the xbox is really loud. Really really not satisfied. Oh, even better, after I returned the xbox for repair, I got a brand new xbox. I plug it in, in less than 5 minutes I get the red ring of death again... Save yourself a lot of time and DON'T buy this.
