The A835 is not only sleek and powerful, but a great value for an eight-megapixel camera. Sporting a 25mm body, it provides amateur photographers with a 3x optical zoom, 4.5x digital zoom and a 2.5” LCD screen. Also included are advanced features such as Smile Detection, Blink Detection, Face Detection and In-Camera Panorama Stitching. Powered by two AA batteries means you never run out of power - just pop in more batteries!

Capture vivid detail and supreme clarity with 3264 x 2448 maximum resolution and up to 640 x 480 video resolution. Over 30MB of memory already comes with this camera, however, you can use an SD/SDHC memory card for additional pictures. Excellent Camera for the money
Handy all a round camera.. Takes fairly nice pictures. I bought one for the sons faimly for Christmas. I like it so well I bought one for myself.

Good camera
I don't take pictures very often so have to fiddle around when using which accounts for poor battery usage. I only get a few pictues on a charge; would do better with more frequent use, but plan on keeping a spare set of batteries charged up, LCD display washes out easily in ambient light making focus and composition difficult.

Good Camera all-in-all
I use this camera all the time between work projects and family pics. Images are good quality and easy to upload to my PC for Facebook or just file storage. I wish that the USB port on the side was standard (it's a smaller than mini) because I would like to tote the camera around without taking the cable for just-in-cases. I also would rather charge it by plugging in rather than load another set of AA batteries. Other than those 2 gripes, I love it, and would recommend the buy.

Good Camera
This Camera is pretty good. The video quality is not the best, and the sound doesn't handle loud environments well,but a good deal
