I use a tablet as the primary computer at work. Tablets are great for efficiently converting handwritten notes into text. This Gateway has a large screen which makes it very comfortable to write on. It is fast, loaded with memory, feature filled and the keyboard is very solid (if you need it). This is the perfect work computer for me... and extraordinarily affordable.

This laptop has wonderful features for the price, but my motherboard had electrical problems and fried the monitor. Every company can have a bad computer come along, but Gateway has had it for close to 2 months and have not replaced it yet with a suitable computer. Their support has been a horror show and the company policy seems to be to not resolve the issue. I reluctantly have to say do NOT buy this beautiful laptop because they have no intention of resloving my issue in a timely manner or to my satisfaction.
