May not be compatible with your DVI
I specifically searched for a monitor that would accept VGA and DVI inputs. That way I could connect other peoples computers via VGA when I was trying to fix it and use the DVI on my PC. This DVI cable has more pins than cards normally sold in the US. So I had to get an adapter because my video card doesn't have a VGA output. If you plan on using a VGA port (the standard blue connection) don't waste the money on this dual input model. I have several video cards and the cable won't work on any of them. I wish I would also have stuck with a 4:3 model because it's harder to get used to the widescreen than I expected. The product seems to work well enough. I'm just disappointed it wasn't designed for US consumers. I'm hoping I can sell it for a hundred bucks and get one that I can use with a digital signal.
