I bought this card after a USB/Serial cable that was supposedly Vista compliant repeatedly crashed the computer. Installed as it should (easily) and works just fine. Don't be put off by the box which doesn't list Vista as a supported OS. The driver is on the disk. |

I had some initial issues with the product - though I believe it to be my own fault. Their technical support was excellent and I had a response from them through email and via phone in record times. The product works excellent and I highly recommend it! |
