I purchased a few of these for older laptops that only had USB ports. I was fed up with dealing with USB to serial adapters and broken USB ports. This did the trick. And with two ports on board, it's actually perfect for our uses.
Passes break to Cisco router. Drivers Windows only

Besides the clunky form-factor, which makes me worry I'll either break the card or lose the propietary cable, this thing rocks. Very few USB to serial adapters will pass the break sequence necessary to get into a Cisco routers ROMMON mode. With this, you can get in and reset your config or password. If anyone reviewing the USB to serial adapters would state it passes the break sequence, I'd buy something smaller. THIS ONE DOES PASS THE BREAK! Driver disk works fine, but no support for other than Windows OS.
