Got one little over a year ago. Had to send back a month later bor battery. Now 11 months later the screen is dead and thier only answer is buy another. |

I love my little TOMTOM. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I am very happy that I did. The voice is clear, the directions have been exact. |

Battery life is virtually non-existent, must be plugged in. data service not supported on most recent smart phones(BB)and cust svc had no solution; ridiculous cost for traffic fm antenna.bluetooth phone volume not able to be raised above car noise-controls dont change it above mid level |

a little on the pricey side, BUT to me WELL worth it.
The positioning is quick ! re routing is also quick ( a big complaint on other units) screen is nice, options are laid out well, OVERALL easy to use, and a pleasure to have.
GRIPES: the sticker they put over the face to protect it during shipping , stayed on mine, and I will have to clean the screen to get rid of that gummy residue (small complaint)
adding a favorite,, is not SO easy. some highway destinations (eg; Stores) dont show up easily. when planning the route.
I am pleased though, the reviews i read were accurate. |
