I have 2 friends who have this phone and really like it. Everybudy I know seems to like this phone. My only question is, is this phone available with Net10. I currently use Net10 and love the service. |

Good value for a smart phone. No Wifi, but you already know that before you buy it. And with a data plan you don't need wifi. very impressed with the battery life. Stylish and windows 6.1 is user friendly. comparable to palm treo pro without the extra price tag. |

Decent phone. Camera is OK. I found the interface a little daunting (a little too complicated for a simple contact look-up) and the processor is definitely laggy when there is any more than 4 progs open. I would look into a better HTC model if you were to spend this kind of money. |

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
