Shipping was fast, however it did delay my shipment because my information on my card and address was mixed up. But the laptop looked brand new when i got it and everything worked flawlessly. Great buy, the price could be a little better but Tiger's service was exellent!

This computer is awesome! When they put the specs on this page, they were lying. There is no way this computer has 1 gig of ram, a 6 cell battery, and it is not referb. Well, from my point of view. It looked like new, it has long battery life, and is fast. Buy and be happy
