It also includes LG Simplink, which provides convenient control of other LG SimpLink products using the existing HDMI connection.

Worked Perfectly for 4YRS- UNTIL MY SON BROKE IT!
I bought it on Black Friday 2007. It was easy to set-up and use. It looked great and worked perfectly for 4 years and through 5 moves...until 2 days ago when my little 2 year old with a great arm threw a DVD case at it and hit the screen squarely w the corner. The screen cracked and once the set was turned off it did not regain a picture. Wish I could buy it again!

Good picture when it works
I've owned this LG HDTV for 23 months. About 6 months ago the TV would power off for about 3 to 5 minutes then come back on for 3 to 5 minutes, this the cycle repeats all the while I am trying to watch television. Did some simple troubleshooting, no luck. The set is out of warranty. Looks like the main circuit board overheats and shuts off the television. When the TV works, the display is great. Sound is adequate. I like the features that come with the set and the many inputs available. I've read good reviews of LG HDTVs. I just got a bad one. I think the LCD HDTV technology has a ways to go before they get most of the bugs out. The next HDTV I buy will have the extended warranty with it.

got this set almost a year ago and it still looks/works great. the picuter in hd/xbox 360 are excellent,the only down side are the speakers must have a surround sound system added to fully enjoy. can't beat the price.

Simple setup. Slick and shiny. Plenty of connections. This TV offers one of the best contrast ratios most televisions don't. Also, this was a very quick turn around time between purchase and receipt of delivery. I have no problems with picture, sound or connectivity at all. This is the perfect plus to any bedroom.
