Scan to and print from a USB Flash drive

Scan it as a black & white or color PDF, save it to the Flash drive and you’re on your way in seconds.
The B2500 MFP also lets you print select file formats directly from the USB Flash drive without the need for a PC.

The only thing I'll complain is about the replacement cartridge that will cost you up to $140 for 4500-page capacity.

This is a very nice all-in-one monochrome laser. It prints and scans fairly fast. The only complaint I have is that it comes with version 8 of Paperport software. I already had version 10, but it won't work with version 10, even after a lengthy discussion with tech support. Version 8 is adequate, but I would prefer the newer version.

A real winner. Good quality print. Easy to make "xerox" copies (just push one button). Easy to save copies of any document or picture for e-mailing. For example, you can save a document or picture as a PDF file (by just just clicking on the PDF icon and giving the file a name) and you are ready to attach the PDF file to your e-mail message. Printing speed is very reasonable for home or small business.
This printer is great for fast access to copy documents, you do not need a PC connected to copy. It prints the first copy in under 25 seconds from a cold start. It has a little cork on loading the paper. It has to be properly aligned or it does not feed. It is easily fixed by sliding the paper tray out and correcting it. Once you get use to how it is aligned this thing rocks. Prints fine looking documents from the PC and scans well also. The refills are a little expensive but you need to consider your replacing the developer with it. So each toner you replace is like giving it a partial overhaul. You will not find any refilled toner cartridges for each is keyed and tracks the number of pages printed.
It works well for me and I would buy another.

Most printers do not come with data cables included. Check each
printer's specifications for what is included. If you need cables -
USB, Parallel (Centronics), Serial, SCSI, or any other - We have them ALL!
So be sure to get the cables you need when buying your printer!
