The modem I had for my internet was not acceptable by Charter serviceman, so he put in Charter's modem. Then I was going to be charged a rental fee.

The product arrived in good condition and works great. The USPS kept the product somewhere in shipment for over a week, so another mode of shipment might be best for faster delivery. As for the install, we didn't realize that we needed to call our internet provider (Comcast) and register the new modem with them. Then everything worked just fine. |
