Bought in September 08. Took to Paris and South America. Worked like a charm with a France SIM card. Loud clear reception. Now using it at home on Fido network, and no complaints at all. Older phone so not loaded with features, but has all the basics like camera, speakerphone. Had Phone Tools software for older Motorola and was able to sync address book to the Razr. Really like the feel and look of this phone. Certainly would recommend it.

I absolutely hate this phone. About the time, it will just ''cut off and reboot'' right in the middle of a call. About the time, when I open it to made a call, it will ''cut off and reboot.'' About the time, when I open it to make a call, it will state ''insert SIMS card''. I have to manually cut it off and back on to get it to ''see'' the SIMS card. It is absolutely the worse phone I have ever owned.

Do NOT buy this phone it drops connection ever so often, and looking into this i discovered that the razr v3 cingular branded and the t- mobile handsets have a networks connection glitch. they were pulled from the market and remanufactured. However the canadian version for 400 is better. with more features, i have one and i'm happy, but its up to yuo.

Got this V3 Razr to replace my newer V3xx that took a plunge into the ocean. This phone while is not quite as fast or with as many featurs, still seems to be a good phone. Have not had any issues with it, good reception. I'm happy till I can get another when my at&t contract renews next year. Phone i got had an at&t battery cover, and Cingular software.
