| | TigerDirect knows how to keep customers |
| | I enjoy buying from Tiger Direct and this month they proved to me that they know about customer service. I purchased a Sabrent cable that was obviously not manufactured correctly. I contact Kinamax, but they did not return my calls or e-mail. Finally I called TigerDirect and they sent me a new cable with no hassle. I recommend buying from them for competitive prices and great customer service. |

| | I have been a Tiger Direct customer since 2005 and I have never! had to return/contact or been dissatisfied with anything I have purchased. Shipping is the fastest I've seen; the deals are the best. I've bought laptops, desktops, hard drives and all are still up and going strong! I recommend to my friends and anyone else interested in a good deal and fast service.

The shipping is extremely fast, as long as I place my order by 2 p.m. my order is at my door the next day without fail. Order processing is extremely fast and there has never been an extra charge to have my order expedited as with Newegg.com; which I think is crazy. With Tiger your order is processed as soon as it is received without any hassle or additional fees. Your selection is awesome and any item I have ever ordered or purchased at the retail location has never been out of stock. This is what makes a customer a repeat customer, knowing that the product will be there when wanted and great shipping to boot. Thank you for being a great e-tailer as well as retailer. |

| | TigerDirect always has the product I need and generally always the best price. Additionally, the customer service I received was one of the best of any online retailer I've shopped with. One representative went out of her way in order to resolve an issue I had with an order and, in the end, made me a very satisfied customer. | | I have been using TigerDirect for about 2years now and absolutely love them. I have ordered a monitor, headsets, graphics card, and other items all from TigerDirect.com and they have always delivered my items EARLIER than expected. Their customer support is also amazing. I have never waited over 15min on hold to get TigerDirect support. Their return policy is also outstanding. When I received the first headset from tigerdirect within 2weeks I had a wire problem within the microphone. The easy and fast technical support guy walked me through how to return the headset and they gave me express shipping back. From the day I returned my broken headset I had a new one within three days it was incredible. I ONLY order my computer parts from TigerDirect now and I hope you do the same! |

| | Not only was the price right for the external hard drive I ordered, but the fast shipping really impressed me. I accidentally waited until the last minute to order it for a Father's Day gift. I was pleasantly suprised to recieve it the NEXT DAY in time for Father's Day!

| | I have been a customer for a while now, and I strongly recommend TigerDirect for computer needs. When your a guy like me that lives in Rural Alaska and it takes at least 2 weeks for mail to come in. It only takes 5 days from TigerDirect to come in! There is no way to describe that kind of service in my area and I will always be coming back to Tiger for my computer needs. |
