| | I have been a customer for the last year or so. I have been a faithfull customer since I was lucky enough to find Tiger Direct. Great choice of quality porducts at very reasonable prices (best in the market). Excellent customer service spearheaded by the ''live-support'', who are very professional and always ready to help the customers. Shipping policies are great. I have always received my purchases withing the frame of time promised if not earlier. Return Policies: irreprochables and always are for the benefit of its customers. |

| | I agree with the September 01/2009 post of the overall quality of Tiger Direct. Upon the strong redcommendation from my mechanic , whose difficult to please, I've been with Tiger Direct for 4 years. After ~27 orders, I still have yet to return anything. All is still working. I've also learned alot about computers just by surfing TD's site. With the exception of my anti-virus program, I've made all by big ticket computer purchases along with a lot of misc. purchases from TD. In fact, I'm thinking of building my oun computer using TD as a primary source for parts. Thanks Tiger. |

| | I have recently order a laptop from here, but this is not my first purchase . Everything is always on time , extremely well packaged , great products , great customer service , web site updated daily . Once I remember back before I know more about computers , I had called tech support (before I have purchased anything) and I had everything explained to me to the end. I never had problem with my items , but if you have to return something , you have to know there will be NO hassle at all for the company. I receive daily newsletters with promotions, sales and is just great. I don't go to Best Buy or the other guys out there, I value my money , please I get angry when I hear people go to these places. I always recommend this page for anyone who value their money as well . Thank you TigerDirect |

| | I recently purchased a motherboard/cpu combo and memory to rebuild my home pc. ordering online was trouble free but what i was amazed with was the speed of the delivery, 2 days, i couldn't believe it. installed components and my computer runs super fast. Thanks Tiger!! |

| | I work for a living. I have to drive 35 miles to get to shopping area. I have three pages of purchases from Tiger Direct.
Most recently I purchased Gateway Pink Laptop. Two weeks later big storm fried desktop, wireless modem, cable modem, printer, surge protectors etc. Ordered new (refurb) Acer desktop, mice, light up keyboard, hard drive enclosure (to save old hard drive containing irreplaceable pics),wireless modem all under 450. You can't do that anywhere else. Love You Tiger Direct. |
