| | I have purchased several hundreds of dollars worth of parts from them without a problem. I am addicted to the special low shipping fee for over $100.00 orders.
Recently on my last order, I had intended to order a Plextor PX-880-SA dvd burner. Instead I accidentally ordered the PX-850-SA which was back ordered. It was several days later that I caught my mistake (I have had cataract surgery on both eyes and did not have my reading glasses with me when I received the rest of the order with the packing slip). I called Tiger immediately to attempt to correct my mistake. I was really surprised when they quickly corrected my error by making a new order for the desired machine. On top of that, I was not charged for shipping, however what really surprised me was that I was not even charged for the price difference in the two machines! According to UPS tracking, it should arrive tomorrow.
They also take payment with money orders, something many I have checked with apparently do not do.
You may upon occasion find a slightly lower price, but not often. I have had such good service here that I now have friends preparing to build their own machines with parts from here. |

| | I do all technology purchasing through TigerDirect (on-line) for my 2 small businesses - laptops, printers, servers, audio, cameras. I became a devoted TigerDirect customer more than 5 years ago when the customer service desk was able to fax a 2-year old receipt for a camera within 2 minutes of my phone call. Not trying to write their commercials, but my real experience is that TigerDirect consistently provides great selection, definitely best prices, fastest shipping, best after-purchase service.

| | The best Place period to buy or upgrade your PC |
| | I have been shopping with Tiger Direct for 5 years or more {The store in Orland Il and Tiger Direct.Com} and I only buy all my PC stuff from them. Have upgraded all my pcs from the, they have evrything you could possibly want or need for your pc and they have the greatest service. I have a gaming machine with a fan controller and lots of lighted fans, big video card all from Tiger Direct which i installed myself, soon i will upgrade OS {from XP to WIN 7} a new video card, new power supply, maybe new mobo and quad core proccesor {using dual core now} will get all parts Tiger Direct the big kids gamer adult toy store. |

| | In the tough econimic times, everyone is looking to cut back on things ... but everytime I come to tiger I see such a good deal that I can't pass up , in the 2 years iv been buying from tiger I have never had a bad experiance, shipping is the fastest I have ever seen, And tiger is always there to take care of any issue.. there out to make you happy |
