| | Why buy anywhere else? |
| | Just purchased a pair of headphones. When purchased it is listed as ''will sell out quickly'' and when i got the item i realized it is the 3x more expensive/second edition of the same item i ordered. I was slightly confused to say the least and went on the website and the item is listed as sold out. Instead of sending me a lengthy email explaining how ''stock calculations is not always accurate'' like other lesser websites, tigerdirect.com honored their listing even when it means sending me a better product at no extra cost. Been a customer for the past 3 years, NEVER had an issue. Why go through the risk/trouble dealing with other lesser websites for marginal savings when you can enjoying flawless service and great products from tigerdirect.com |

| | I've been buying from Tiger Direct for over 8 years now. I'll admit it, I buy elsewhere to save a Buck. However I've made a decision. Who else takes your Credit Card without asking for your Birth Certificate? Who else constantly bombards you with unbelievable deals? And where else can you call 24/7 for any type of help? Rich spent almost an hour with me when I was buying my Laptop. We went through model after model. Then I knew what I wanted. 15'' to 16'' screen. At least 2.0 Dual Core, 320HDD, 4GB RAM, Gigabit LAN, Wireless N, Bluetooth, WebCam, Built in Mic. 16/9 aspect ratio etc. Rich found only 1. With a 2.1 Dual Core and 3GB Ram. But it was on sale and I gladly ponied up for the extra RAM. Thats what makes Tiger Digect #1 in my book. They are always available to help you. I needed info from Microsoft on a Bluetooth 5000 Notebook Mouse.(you can turn it off when not in use,so cool) I call 800-800-8300 and ask for Microsoft's #. Certainly, just a second. Amazing,end of my problem, and Microsoft thanked me for calling. No shipping back, no hassles, communication. I have decided that unless they don't stock it or it's $40 cheaper elsewhere.(unlikely) They price match. Tiger Direct is going to save me time, money, and aggravation and become my home for all my computer and electronic needs. | | I wish I could tell directly to the extremely helpful lady that assisted me a couple of months ago. I bought several items and since the name in the package was not mine, but of a friend, my lovely building administration put the package to return to UPS! The thing is I was going for a trip abroad in less than 48 hours and didn't know what to do. This lady was very patient on the phone, called me back, called UPS center in my city, she was great. I did get my package in time after all but never had the chance to thanks that lady on the phone that was so understanding and nice. |
