| | I've purchased 2 Gateway computers, a 32'' LCD TV, accessories for other things, a sound system and am very pleased with it all. I bought my first computer about a year and a half ago. You cannot beat their prices....their tech support is quick and helpful. I would reccomend them to anyone. |

| | Much better than I expected |
| | I first discovered TigerDirect while researching for the last home PC I built, and assumed that the low prices meant that either a)the site was a fraud, or b)that it would be a minimum-service warehouse. Over the past couple of years, you have repeatedly proven that you are neither-- great prices, fast shipping, and (the couple of times I've needed it) great customer service. You're now my first place to check when I'm making tech purchases, and where I point all the folk who ask me for advice on where to buy tech items. |

| | Excellent shipping, pricing, and service! |
| | Last Thursday, October 22nd, I ordered a new Asus netbook and a USB stand-alone DVD-ROM drive for my wife. Her birthday is coming up and I wanted to be able to surprise her, hoping it would arrive by the 28th. I ordered it with the free shipping option-3-7 days, and as I said, I just crossed my fingers in hope that I'd be able to surprise her with it.
It arrived on the 23rd! The day after I ordered it! I left no special instructions in the delivery or anything else, and it came the day after I ordered it!
I'm taking the time to write this in the Testimonials section because after I received the netbook and DVD drive, I remembered that it wasn't the first time my order shipped and delivered so promptly. My order before this one arrived the next day, as well!
Anyway, the prices are always the best, the shipping, as well, and although I've yet to need the service department for anything, I'm sure that'll be awesome as well!
So thanks, Tiger Direct... it's nice knowing a company works out there in the 'Internets' lol... |

| | TigerDirect Never fails me. Every time I need a good deal they are there. Their products ship fast and their service is amazing. For instance I ordered a camcorder and it was $500 and the next day it turned $400. I called them up and they credited my account. A few months later I had a order of some products which totaled to $447. I wanted that $100 credit to be applied, so I called them up again talked to a sales rep that knows proper English and he hooked me up. When I checked my account the address was typed incorrectly. On that same day I called again and 2 minutes my order was perfect and ready to ship. The good deals and the good customer support is the reason why I am righting this review 30 seconds after I made that purchase. I will recommend Tigerdirect with any of my friends. |

| | I have been purchasing from Tiger direct for several years now. Everyone around me was so skeptical about ordering online. Now I have my entire family purchasing from here. I am always shocked by the extremely fast shipping even if I place an order on the weekends.My recent purchase a refurbished Acer net book which I feel in love with. I purchased one for my younger sister who left for college in the summer. |
