| | Never a problem with TigerDirect |
| | I've been ordering from TD for, as long as I can remember, at least 6 years minimum. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars on the site. I've never, ever had one problem with ordering, receiving or customer service. I will use TD as my sole source for my computing needs for as long as they are in business. I see no reason to go anywhere else. |

| | Best Company Out There |
| | Tiger Direct is the best place to shop. I bought my first Barebones Kit last year. I had never tried to do this ever but thought I would try because I like electronics. I put my kit together but it did not work. I called Tech Support and they did not hesitate to try to solve my problem. They sent me another MOB and Processer it was up and running and has been working fine since. I can not say enough good about this company and their people they are very helpful and knowledgeable. | | I have been a TigerDirect customer for several years, and have always found that they are very competitive in their pricing, the service is tops and the speed at which you receive your merchandise is the best in the business. It is reassuring that if I have a client that I need to order parts for that I can always count on Tiger to get items to me quicly and usually the best price I can find. The no hassel way they have handled any returns is excellent. I will continue to refer my clients to Tiger as I know they will be treated fairly. Thanks Tiger for all you guys do... | | Over the years, I've slowly stopped giving my business to the competitors. You may not realize it from your first purchase, but TigerDirect is by far the best site for all of your electronic/computer needs. Not only great prices and a knowledgeable staff, but in the rare case that you are dissatisfied, great customer service as well. I can now say that I look nowhere else when shopping. I refer everyone as if I were a representative myself. And because I only use Tiger products when repairing or upgrading the computers of my customers, I am assured that the finished product will be nothing short of 100%... |
