One representative went out of her way in order to resolve an issue I had with an order and, in the end, made me a very satisfied customer. | | I have been using TigerDirect for about 2years now and absolutely love them. I have ordered a monitor, headsets, graphics card, and other items all from TigerDirect.com and they have always delivered my items EARLIER than expected. Their customer support is also amazing. I have never waited over 15min on hold to get TigerDirect support. Their return policy is also outstanding. When I received the first headset from tigerdirect within 2weeks I had a wire problem within the microphone. The easy and fast technical support guy walked me through how to return the headset and they gave me express shipping back. From the day I returned my broken headset I had a new one within three days it was incredible. I ONLY order my computer parts from TigerDirect now and I hope you do the same! |

| | I have been a customer for a while now, and I strongly recommend TigerDirect for computer needs. When your a guy like me that lives in Rural Alaska and it takes at least 2 weeks for mail to come in. It only takes 5 days from TigerDirect to come in! There is no way to describe that kind of service in my area and I will always be coming back to Tiger for my computer needs. |

| | Self Built Computer all from Tiger and its Perfect! |

| | Here's my story. I purchased a refurb TV for my mother who currently has cancer. This was something for her to make her feel better about herself considering these are her final days. The tv went out just over 30 days. I was well aware of conditions of refurbs. After dealing with the warranty dept I was told the ballast for the tv wasn't made anymore; therefore the tv is just a box; useless, cannot be repaired at all at any rate. I pondered and decided to call TD and see what they can do for me. I spoke with Terri Rep ID 5845.---Let me just say I NEVER told her about my mother's condition until after the transaction to get a replacement was processed---Terri proactively without knowing my mom's condition and knowing my warranty was worthless sent me another TV at no extra cost! Terri is such a fabulous person, and I really appreciate all the services that I have received from TD and their employees. Terri from the bottom of my heart-- Thank you so much!! My Mother also wants to give you her blessings. Thank you Tiger Direct, its employees, and most of all Terri. |

| | Longtime customer will be dealing with Tigerdirect for a longtime to come |
| | I've been a Tigerdirect customer for more then a decade and have used them for business related purchases, contract installations, gaming needs and overall quick fixes for anything technical. I'm lucky enough to live in an area where shipping ALWAYS arrives at least 48 hours from the time of delivery using standard shipping.
When i've had to return items i've had no problems. The prices are always the most competitive around and what I like most of all is the website. Other websites just copy and paste the manufacturer's website description in and maybe have a picture or two, tigerdirect always has all the info right where you need it: on the same page as the product listing. Along with reviews, pictures galore and featured items videos.
I highly recommend these guys to any IT department purchasing department, resellers or just the average computer users. You won't be sorry!
