I have Gateway GT 5404 desktop computer. I upgraded the video card that is built into the motherbord to a XFX Geforce 8600 GT PCI epress graphic card. To do this i had to upgrade my power supply. I installed a 650 Watt power supply PCI Sata ready. The only diferance on power plug connecters was the large plug that connects to the motherbord has one white wire that the old 150 watt powersupply did not have.The computer powers down when turned off with the mouse at the start promp but then restarts itsself.It will not turn off stay off. it only turns off with the power button on the tower.
