This is a refurb? Coulda fooled me! It looks and plays like a new unit. This is a great player. It loads a little slow but it plays great. It has more features than I can use but that's a good thing. I recommend this player but make sure you pick up an HDMI cable

a little disapointed on the top of the line name is very slow loading but after that seems to play ok no better than cheapies I have had .. think they loaded faster I havent tried a 3d yet

I'm working with a refurbished model. It's a bit tempermental at times, but overall works well. Had a problem with washed out color one time so far, but turning the unit on and off was sufficient to fix the problem. Drop-down images when I am attempting to switch from one app to another sometimes can be a pain.
